Marinated Tempeh Strips
HOW TO MAKE: Stovetop: Heat 1 to 2 Tbsp oil in pan (cast iron is best). Add tempeh strips to hot oil and cook 1½ to 2 minutes each side until nicely browned. Delicious in Thai curries and stir-fries.
