Marinated Tempeh Strips
HOW TO MAKE: Stovetop: Heat 1 to 2 Tbsp oil in pan (cast iron is best). Add tempeh strips to hot oil and cook 1½ to 2 minutes each side until nicely browned. Delicious in stir-fries, sandwiches and salads, or as an entrée.
INGREDIENTS: Organic soybeans, shoyu soy sauce (water, non-GMO soybeans, wheat, salt, culture), organic evaporated cane juice, granulated garlic, lemon juice concentrate, water, ginger, toasted sesame oil, organic apple cider vinegar, sesame seeds, culture (rhizopus oligosporou).
